All unopened products purchased at TheJanitorialSupply.com can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach customer support at 800-289-4737

Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that are not charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to TheJanitorialSupply.com shall be that of the customers.

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.

Special order items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please ask your sales consultant for more details. Due to the nature of these products any cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.
